if 'illmatic' got nas the respect from the heads, then 'it was written' made sure he became a superstar. songs like 'if i ruled the world,' 'street dreams' and 'i gave you power' was the answer to the mid-ninety sound that puff had on lock with big. this album doesn't get the credit it deserves. biggups to squeek for the link.

thanks, you're the man. it'd be dope if you post "I Am" and "Illmatic" too. been looking for a clean version of "Nas is Like" and "Memory Lane" for years, if not the whole albums.
